Prisoner of the moment

The executive committee has decreed that our return to the continent shall be focused on the Dolomites of Italy.  Our Oracle, Horst, is working on the details and coordinating with McWoodie. He has advised that while our expectations should be high our gearing should be spectacularly low.

My body has not recovered from my dance on the ice earlier this month. As a result I an struggling to visualize myself riding hard or even training for those steep climbs.  I find myself a prisoner of the moment.
